    Eligibility: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund for items returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. For items returned after 14 days but within 30 days, you may receive a partial refund or exchange.

    Exclusions: Customised or personalised items and final sale items are not eligible for return.

    2. Refunds

    3. Exchanges

    Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
